- Engine oil and filter (Chrome)
- Transmission fluid, clean drain plug
- Primary chaincase fluid, clean drain plug
Inspect/Adjust
- Air filter (replace if needed)
- Fuel valve and fittings
- Oil lines and brake system for leaks
- Tire pressure and inspect tread
- Brake pads and rotors for wear
- Air suspension levels
- Brake fluid reservoir levels
- Battery and fluid level (if not sealed)
- Clutch
- Throttle and enrichener controls
- Rear belt adjustment
- Primary chain
- Trouble codes (fuel injection)
- Wheel spokes (if applicable)
- Engine idle speeds
- Cruise control (if applicable)
- Electrical equipment, switches, and charging system
- Front fork bearing adjustment
- Critical fasteners
- Spark plugs (Every 5,000)
Lubricate
- Throttle and enrichener controls
- Cables, hand levers, and side stand
- All hinges and latches
Road Test
Wash/Wipe-Down
- (As needed) We want the bike to be cleaner than when it came in!
