Return Policy
Please call for a Return Authorization number or request a return number online.
Any new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days for 100% credit. Damaged packaging and returns after 30 days will receive 80% credit. We do not accept returns on installed parts or after 60 days.
We will special order any item from any vendor. Special orders are not returnable or a 25% returning fee.
No returns on Electrical Parts, Videos, Books, Food, Helmets, or Open Gasket Sets. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. However we can do a call tag for your convenience at an average cost of $8.00. All clothing items must have all tags on to return. Any make-up or stained clothing is not returnable. Installation Of Your Own Parts
We recommend that you hire a well trained mechanic to install all functional parts and accessories, especially parts such as: all brake parts, wheels, chains, sprockets, seats, gas tanks, carburetors, air cleaners, fenders, handlebars, shocks, lowering kits, front forks, swingarm, and all other parts not listed above that could effect the safety of the motorcycle.
