Adventure Harley-Davidson Receives Excellence Award for 2nd Year

 

Adventure Harley-Davidson at Dover has received the corporation’s prestigious 2007 & 2008 model year Gold Bar & Shield Circle of Excellence Award, based on “excellent quality levels in motorcycle and related product sales, an evaluation of customer service and satisfaction, the facility, skilled and well-trained staff and overall operational measures.”

“One of the primary reasons the Harley-Davidson brand has such tremendous customer loyalty is because of the efforts of dealers such as Mike and Franscene Davis,” said Bill Dannehl, Harley-Davidson’s vice president of North American Sales and Dealer Services. “We’re really proud to have Mike and Franscene Davis as part of our Harley-Davidson family, and we look forward to many more great years of successfully doing business together.”

The dealership has been in business in the Dover area since 2003 and it was previously H&M Cycle Sales in the Dover area for more than 30 years. In 2006, Adventure Harley-Davidson won the Bronze Bar & Shield Award.
