How do I set up a new account?
If you haven't already set up a website account, when you press the "Checkout" button you will need to set up a new account. Click the "Register Now" button on the account log in page. Fill in all the information requested. After your account information is entered we will set a Cookie so the next time you enter our site, we will automatically know who you are and you will not have to log onto your account. If you are using a computer used by other, you can also log off so your browser does not automatically load your account information.

How can I update my account?
If you are not logged on yet, click on the Log On link from the "My Account" menu at the top of the page. If you are already logged on, select the "My Account" menu at the top and click on "View Account Info" from the drop down menu. You can manage your account information from this page.

How do I log off so the browser doesn't automatically load my account information the next time this computer visits your site?
If your computer is used by more than one person to place orders through our site, you can log off so your information will not load the next time the computer visits our site. When registering or logging in, if you do not click the "Remember my name and password on this computer" you will not need to log off. You can just close your browser window and our site will not save any information. If the computer is set to remember your account information, then you can log off by selecting "My Account" from the top drop down menu and click on the "View Account Info" link. From your account information page, you can click the "Log Off" link at the top of the page. This will remove the cookie associated with your account.

Will my information be secure/What will my information be used for?
We respect your privacy. We will never share any of your personal information without your prior consent. This is true with the information we gather from our web site as well as through catalog subscriptions. The information we gather from the e-mail you send us is filed and used for enhancing the features and content of our site, it is not used or shared in any other way. Information regarding you or your order and the products you purchase will not be disclosed or sold to any outside organization.

I forgot my password, how can I find it?
If you forgot your username or password you can have it e-mailed to you by giving us the registered e-mail address. When logging on to our system, you will be prompted for a username or password. There is a link on this page to have your information e-mailed to you. This must be the e-mail address used when you set up your account. This information will then be e-mailed to the e-mail address supplied. If you have changed e-mail addresses or receive an error message, you will need to contact us and request this information.

I have ordered from H&M over the phone, do I have an internet account?
Accounts are only set up for internet orders. If this is your first time ordering from our website, you will need to set up a New Account. Likewise you can only track orders placed on-line through our shopping cart. Phone, fax and e-mail orders can not be tracked at this time.

When I attempt to log in to my account by entering in my User Name, Password, and clicking continue, I am prompted back to the Login screen.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to your promotions e-mail?
To subscribe to our e-mail list, there is a link on the front page to sign up for our e-mail newsletter. If you wish to unscubscribe, just enter your e-mail address in the subscription input and it will tell you that you are already registered and give you an option to remove your e-mail address from the list.

Do you accept International Orders?
Yes, we welcome orders shipping to addresses outside the U.S. as well as orders shipping to APO and FPO addresses. International orders may require more shipping charges than is shown on the order form. For more details see our full international orders policy.

I am a member of the U.S. military and I have an APO or FPO addresses, can I order from your site?
Absolutely. When you enter your account information, enter APO or FPO for the city and enter the appropriate code AA, AE, or AP, in the state field. Leave the country field as 'USA'. Do not change this to the country you are currently in.

I can't add items to my shopping cart.
Do you have your browser set to refuse cookies? If so, that is why your shopping cart is reporting that it is empty. Our site uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping cart. If you have your browser set to accept cookies but still can not add items to your shopping cart you probably are experiencing a cache problem. Meaning that when you attempted to add items to your shopping cart your request did register however the screen that appeared is from your cached memory. This problem can be solved by clicking on the "Refresh" or "Reload" button on the top navigation bar of your browser.

I can't remove items from my shopping cart.

How do I know that my transaction is secure?
We treat website security as strictly as possible. Your name, your personal information and especially your credit card number are transfered using 128-bit encryption technology. Our site also uses 'Internet Cookies' to establish who you are the next time you visit. How do I check the status of my order?
Click on the "Order History" link found in the account menu or in the footer of all pages. If you are not logged in yet, you will be prompted to log into your account. After you log in you will see all previous orders from our website. Select the "Order #" to see a copy of the order you placed and to track the order if it has been shipped. What if an item is not in stock, can I still order this item?
If the item is currently not available, we have to order it from our supplier. If it is not on backorder from our supplier, we can usually have the item in 1-3 days. When you place an order for an item not in stock, we will hold your order for a couple of days and wait for the backordered item and ship the complete order. If it is on backorder, we will ship the balance of the order and keep the unavailable item on backorder for you.

I receive a message "The part number you entered is not listed in our web database" What does that mean?
This could be because the item has been discontinued or it is currently not available for order. Some new products are not yet available in our website database. If you still want to add the item to your shopping cart, you can add the item by using the express cart. If the item is available we will add it to your order. If it has been discontinued or unavailable we will delete it from your order.
