Adding and Removing Items from your Shopping Cart
If you've shopped online before, you're probably already a pro. But if you haven't, below are step by step directions on how to build a Shopping Cart and place your order at H&M Harley-Davidson.
- Locate the item(s) you want by using the Online Catalog, Search engine, Express Cart, or browsing the site. As you locate an item you would like to order, click on the "BUY" link or the "Add to Cart" button. This places that product into your Shopping Cart.
- Adding items to your Shopping Cart is not a commitment to buy at that moment. You may continue shopping simply by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button.
- Once you place the item into your Shopping Cart, you may change the quantity of the product you plan to order. To modify the quantity, change the number of products listed and click on "Update Cart" in the Cart Tools menu.
- To remove an item from your Shopping Cart, change the quantity of that item to "0" or click the checkbox for the item under the trashcan (
) and click on "Update Cart" in the Cart Tools menu.
Shopping Cart tips
We will automatically save the items you have in your Shopping Cart for you should you decide to leave the site before finishing your order. The next time you visit our site, the contents of your shopping cart will
be retrieved from your last visit. The shopping cart will stay active for 30 days from the time you leave our site.
You can calculate shipping charges from your Shopping Cart. Just click on the "Calculate Shipping" link in the Cart Tools menu.
Ordering from your Shopping Cart
- Once you have finalized your product selection, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button.
- Next, you will need to log in to your account if needed. Log in to your account by entering your username and password. If you do not have a website account, you will need to create one. Skip to the "Creating a New Account" section below.
- After you have logged in to your account, click on the "Continue Checkout" link. You may also edit your account information.
- Next you will select your shipping address and payment method and any special instructions need for this order. Then click the continue button.
- Select the shipping method you desire on the resulting page. This page contains all of the shipping options available to you. Click on the "Continue" button.
- Review your order on the resulting page. If all of the information is correct, click on the "Finalize Checkout" button.
- If you find any information that needs to be corrected, click on the "Change Order Info" button and correct the information that needs to be corrected.
- That's it! After you have clicked on the "Finalize Checkout" button, your order will be processed. Record the order number on the resulting page. In addition, we will mail an order confirmation that contains your order number to the e-mail address in your account.
Creating a New Account
If you haven't already set up a website account, when you press the "Checkout" button you will need to set up a new account.
Click the "Register Now" button on the account log in page. Fill in all the information requested. After your account information is entered
we will set an Internet 'Cookie' so the next time you enter our site, we will automatically know who you are and you will not have to
log onto your account.
