Product Guarantee
Any new unopened items returned up to 30 days will receive 100% credit for the item returned. Damaged packaging and returns after 30 days receive 80% credit. Installed Parts or after 60 days are not returnable. Please call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back a return.

Return Policy
We will special order any item from any vendor. Special orders are not returnable or a 25% return fee will charged. No returns on Electrical Parts, Videos, Books, Food, Helmets, or Open Gasket Sets.

Return Shipping Charges are the Customers Responsibility. However, we can isuue a Call Tag for your convenience for a $8.00 average charge.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, and the nature of the problem. All can be found on your invoice.

All clothing items must have all tags on them to return. Any make-up or stained clothing is not returnable.

Deep Discounted and closeout items are not returnable.
