Approved -- Your order has been approved and will be sent to our
shipping department for shipment.
Awaiting Approval -- Your order is awaiting approval. We verify every address
for credit card purchases.
Back Ordered -- Your order is on backorder. There is an item on the
order that has to be ordered from our supplier.
Bad e-mail Address -- We need some information from
you to complete your order. We tried contacting you from your e-mail
address but the message was returned to us. This could be that the e-mail
address you supplied is incorrect or your mail server was temporarily down.
Also some aol e-mail address will reject e-mail from anyone not on their
receiving list. Please contact us so we can finish
processing this order.
Cancelled -- Your order has been cancelled because we cannot ship the
item you requested. This might be because it is no longer available and discontinued
from our supplier. We will send you an e-mail if the item is no longer available.

credit card did not verify and we have not received the requested information or

Server Error or Unfinished -- There was a problem with our system at the time of your
order and we were unable to complete the order process or you exited without completing the order process.

that we can verify this was an actual order to be processed.
Shipped Complete -- Your order has been shipped with the complete
contents of your order. Click on the tracking number (if available)
for more detail on the shipment.
Shipped Partial -- Your order has been shipped with the items
that were currently in stock. Some items on this order are on backorder
or have been discontinued. Click on the tracking number (if available)
for more detail on the shipment.
To Be Processed -- Your order has not been processed yet by our system.
We have not received the order yet. The order has just been placed or the order was
place on the weekend while we were closed and will be received on the next business day.
Waiting for Payment -- Your order has not been processed yet by our system.
The order will be processed when your check or money order has been received.
Awaiting Credit Card Verification -- We are waiting for verification from your bank or waiting
for you to submit billing address information so we can verify the billing address of the credit card used.
Credit Card Declined -- The credit card was declined for this order. Please contact us for another
payment method or to resolve the issue. We will cancel your order if we do not hear from you within 10 days of notification.
Invalid Card Number -- We tried to process your credit card for the order but the card did not process due to a bad credit card number.
